Rowan Tape has experience in a range of commercial disputes involving litigation and arbitration in Australia and Hong Kong, with particular expertise in claims against company directors, auditors and third parties arising from corporate fraud and insolvency. His projects often involve him working closely with liquidators, forensic accountants and expert witnesses. Rowan also has experience in conducting inquiries.
