Mark Giddings

Mark is experienced in commercial litigation and related investigations and, in particular, proceedings arising from large-scale corporate insolvencies and acts of corporate fraud. He has  experience in the areas of construction, major infrastructure projects, intellectual property, information technology, and public and administrative law.

He regularly presents and lectures on law and policy applicable to cyber security, information technology and public international law.
