Connor Mulholland

Connor is an experienced lawyer with substantial Australian and international experience in commercial litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution. He specialises in complex disputes and investigations including, class actions, and regularly advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.

Connor’s breadth of experience spans commercial and contractual disputes, construction disputes, fiduciary and equitable claims, internal investigations, risk mitigation and compliance, and insurance and employment matters. Connor has a particular interest in leveraging technology to streamline case management, discovery, and case preparation.

Connor also has significant experience in regulatory and investigatory proceedings, having advised clients on a number of royal commissions and public inquiries.
