Represented the special purpose liquidator of One.Tel Limited in claims brought in the Supreme Court of New South Wales for breaches of directors’ duties against One.Tel’s non-executive directors. The AU$132 million in claims arose from the withdrawal of a renounceable rights issue, and the company’s subsequent collapse.
